Gary’s verse by verse tour through the initial chapters of Revelation continues in Revelation chapter 3 as he completes his journey through the 7 churches. Verse 10 in particular should capture your attention. Jesus left a special message to the faithful church at Philadelphia. It contains an important Scriptural proof for the pre-tribulation rapture. Jesus states unequivocally that those believers who have patiently waited for the Lord’s return will be kept from the hour of trial that will come upon the whole world. This is a very clear reference to escaping the horrible, 7-year Tribulation Period. Shortly thereafter, in chapter 4, a door opens in heaven and we hear a voice that sounds like a trumpet calling us home! Come up hither! Comfort one another with these words!
